At Amazon Surf, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or suit your style, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
